Right to Suspend or Disconnect

PDQLink Wireless Networks TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

PDQLink Wireless Internet Services:

1.       PDQLink Wireless will deny access to any client who dose not provide correct personal information.

2.       PDQLink Wireless reserves the right to cancel any account for any reason that is in the best interest of PDQLink Wireless and its clients.

3.       PDQLink Wireless reserves the right to remove any materials that may be considered illegal and/or abusive.

4.       PDQLink Wireless reserves the right to limit hits to home pages to 1 Gigabyte per month. Additional Hits will be charged at $10 / Gigabyte.

5.       PDQLink Wireless reserves the right to impose system usage charges from time to time.

6.       Any IP address assignment remains the property of PDQLink Wireless, unless otherwise stated.

Subscriber/Client:

1.       The client must be at least 18 (eighteen) year of age and accepts all responsibility for supervising the use of the account for anyone under the age of 18 (eighteen).

2.       The client agrees not to disclose his username or password to anyone not authorized to use the account.

3.       The client agrees not to abuse or fraudulently use the service.

4.       The client may use his/her account on addition computers, concurrent logins are allowed.

Fees and Charges:

1.       PDQLink Wireless will automatically renew the clients account unless written notice is provided.

2.       The client agrees to give PDQLink Wireless 15 day’s written notice for cancellation of subscription. Cancellations can be done via email to cancel@PDQLink.com or by fax (630) 466-9090.

3.       The client may up/downgrade account access for the following month; no charges will be made in the current month.

4.       There will be a $35 dollar administration fee for any returned checks or declined credit cards.

5.       Client is responsible for any charges incurred thru the use of his/her account.

6.       Terms are Net 15 days; there will be a 5% charge on all overdue accounts.

7.       Extra usage will be charged for the following month and invoiced via email.

8.       Any account that is late 60 days will be locked.

9.       Any account that is late for 90 days will be locked and forwarded to collection agency.

10.   Any account that has been locked and inactive for 120 days will be deleted.

11.   For domain registration, payment is required by credit card before domain is activated. This is only the yearly registration fees, not the hosting fees.

Termination:

1.       The client may terminate services if over a consecutive 30 day period; PDQLink Wireless Networks fails to comply with the client service requirements. For reason with in the reasonable control of PDQLink Wireless and having received written notice, the client may terminate by written notice with no penalty.

2.       In the event of early termination of any service, the client will pay a termination charge equal to the net present value of the contract.

3.       Upon termination of this agreement, PDQLink Wireless Networks will disconnect and remove all equipment that is owned by PDQLink Wireless at the client site.

Confidentiality of Client Records:

1.      All information kept by PDQLink Wireless Networks regarding the client will be kept in the highest of confidentiality and will not be disclosed.
