other providers, PDQLink's contract period is monthly. You
may discontinue PDQLink services at any time, however your
service period is based on 30 days. Your service
periods start the first day service begins and covers the
next 30 day period. Payment for services are always in
advance of the service period.

provides an excellent means of obtaining high speed internet
access. However, we can not offer you full T1 services for
$40.00 per month. If you want to play on-line gaming, or have
unlimited transfer rates then Satellite or DSL Services may be a
option for you. We manage our bandwidth to provide
our customers quality services. |

ability to provide end-users with Wireless Internet
Connectivity depends on several known and unknown factors, including,
but not limited to, direct Line Of Sight (LOS), trees,
buildings, curvature of the earth, customer location,
interference from other devices, new contraction, wind
damages, etc..
By the use of PDQLink services, you
acknowledge that certain things are beyond our control and
hold PDQLink harmless. Furthermore, by use of PDQLink
services, you acknowledge and accept PDQLink's Acceptable Use
Policy.
FCC Information Pertaining to the Use
of Unlicensed Frequencies:
The FCC provides comprehensive information concerning the use
of License-Exempt (Unlicensed) Part-15 Radio Devices. We recommend all PDQLink
customers review that information and become familiar
specifically with interference issues.
Because PDQLink and it's customers
use "unlicensed" frequencies (meaning you do not
need an FCC radio operators license), we can not guarantee an
interference free environment.
